group will be given priority status. We will review your
application and notify you with the results within a few days.

We will fill out the details of the lease for your house when
you submit your applications.
If this is your first time renting, please have a parent or
guardian sign this document.
The EPA requires that anyone renting a house built before
1978 read about lead paint. Please read this before preparing
to sign the lease.
